Cancellation Policy

FOR INDIVIDUAL TRAVELLERS

• Guests will be refunded 50% of the booking fee if cancellation requests are received within 14 days prior to the date of arrival
• Guests will be refunded 25% of the booking fee if cancellation requests are received within 7 days prior to the date of arrival
• No refunds are applicable for cancellation requests made within 3 days of the arrival date or no shows

FOR GROUPS

• Guests will be refunded 50% of the booking fee if cancellation requests are received within 30 days prior to the date of arrival
• Guests will be refunded 25% of the booking fee if cancellation requests are received within 15 days prior to the date of arrival
• No refunds are applicable for cancellation requests made within 7 days of the arrival date or no shows
